Butter Lamp

The butter lamp is one of the offerings we Buddhists make to god before we pray. It is a very old tradition we buddhists do daily. We imagine all the darknes, evil and ignorace lit up by the butter lamp.

My dad recently told me the story of a poor old lady who had very little money but used it all up to offer one butter lamp to buddha. But she did so with so much devotion that when the people thought it was enough and they tried to extinguish it, it wouldn’t be extinguished. Then buddha said to them all that the butter lamp wouldn’t be extinguished for it had been lit with such devotion.

No that explains the power of the butter lamp and it also does say that if you do any thing with devotion it will sussed.   

Clash Of Clans

Clash of clans is a very famous game by supercell. I myself like it very much. We have to build and attack. We can join forces with others through the clan castle. We must protect the townhall at all costs. We have also found ourself the most fun game among game history.

We all love clash of clans. It is ment for all ages and gender. It is all about stragey and your army. Strong army with good stragey means a perfect 3 star. and now days if you see a kid with their phone kept horizontally it can mean only one thing, clash of clans.

FASHION

Fashion, it is something that everybody cares about. i really don't know what makes something popular and makes your mom says,"It's in FASHION." and why do we have to wear something so tight or little itchy. And I really don't think we call it fashion.

And what i call fashion is something that fits you and you are comfortable with and what you feel like wearing.
 

ASHOKA RESTAURANT

                                                   

One of the most cheap places to have a quick and a healthy breakfast (as long as you don't take sweets). It is pure vegetarian and all meals don't need to have meat in it. I love it. the Indian puri         'CLASSIC'

And yeah the expensive doesn't always have to be the best, do they? if you are looking for a quick bite then this is your place.

 

DHOENYOE DHOENDUP

This is a Bhutanese movie directed by Dasho Gyem Dorji. Dhoenyoe Dhoendup is a movie about the times of dragons, mermaids and human sacrifices.

This is a Bhutanese blockbuster. Many people rush into the city cinema to watch this movie. But particularly I am not much of a Bhutanese movie watcher. And this is about my feelings and experiences about my first Bhutanese movie.

And yeah I don’t want to really describe about what the movie is about and all but in particular I am just going to be sharing with you guys about how I felt in this movie. 

The movie holds a very special meaning and just the graphics but other- wise it is a ‘VERY’ good movie I must say.

CHERI MONASTERY

                                                 

                                                             

Cheri monastery is one of the monasteriesbuilt by zhabdrung in the year 1620. It holds zhabdrung’s father’s ashes. This holy place also holds Zhabdrung’s walking stick.

The monastery, which is now a major teaching and retreat center of the southern Drukpa Lineage of kagyu school of Tibeten bhuddhism. Cagri Dorjiden was the first monastery established by Nagwang Namgyal.

A Visit to the Dentist

Well, now I don’t like to visit the dentist as I get really get nervous with needles. That is also because they put it in our mouth. But this visit was different.

Speaking of this it is because my tooth was moving and it hurt so right after lunch at 1 o’clock Wednesday. When mom did come we had to get rigzin for root canaling. Cool right both brothers with tooth problem.

I went to hospital with both brother and mother. We went to the dermatologist but he or she was busy so we went off to the dentist. When we got there rigzin got his tooth sealed but he had to put a pin in his mouth a lot many times which gave me the willies.

When it was my turn I got scared but there was an urge in me to go forward and face it. I in turn got scared but all the dentist do was use dry ice make my mouth numb and without a minute’s delay he moved it up and down and broke it out.

And phew it didn’t hurt and it was a great experience. For I never had a numb feeling. And to be frank it did taste good. Dry ice, ahhhhhhh. Was it great.

So I am really looking forward for more future dentist visits. Because for a reason their medicines taste good where as the other medicines are bitter. So hope you liked the essay, and yeah remember the next time you visit a dentist think, “well this won’t be that bad.” So for now farewell
